Tour of Reception

Starting at Upminster Infant School

We hope this gives you a positive experience of our school and that you are able to see how our children experience, enjoy and view our school!

There is a lot of information for you on the webpages regarding our school.

Academic results are of course important but we also believe within our values of Effort, Imagination, Kindness, Respect and Pride your child’s well-being, enthusiasm for school are also of great importance and very much valued.  We love learning, especially through first hand experiences and this is very much at the heart of our curriculum.

If you need to ask anything specific please email enquiries@uis.havering.sch.uk please put in the header 2021 INTAKE. Please avoid calling the school to gain information as staff will be teaching in class. We can reply faster via email.

If you have any concerns regarding special educational needs or health please email the address above but put for the attention of Mrs Hebron who is the manager of SEN support / Mrs Gilham who is the school’s SENCo.

I wish you every success in your application and look forward to meeting you all in the future if your child gains a place at Upminster Infant school. More information will be given in April 2021 once you know if your child has been successful and has a place at the school.

With kind regards

Mrs Lendon - Head of School
